Valderrama single varieties are five different high-quality olive oils especially smooth and aromatic produced with different olive varieties:

Each of these five varieties shows its own nature and personality making them particularly suitable for specific dishes as well as for specific culinary traditions and cooking.

VALDERRAMA ARBEQUINA

Ideal for dishes requiring to be aromatized, such as green salads, gazpachos (cold tomato soup), grilled vegetables, anchovies, red tuna, slightly acid tropical fruits, such as pineapple, and finally paellas and rice dishes in general.

VALDERRAMA HOJIBLANCA

Recommended for mixed salads, blue fish, meat, game meat, stews, turkey, Spanish omelette and tomato preparations.

VALDERRAMA PICUDO

For mild and white fish, pasta, carpaccios, sauces and emulsions. The general idea is to enhance raw materials with delicate flavours and aromas.

VALDERRAMA OCAL

Olive and fresh grass-flavoured smooth oil. Due to its smoothness it is recommended for baking, sousvide cooking at low temperatures and exceptional mayonnaise.

VALDERRAMA CORNICABRA

Its characteristic and intense flavour makes it perfect for game meat dishes.
